Helping & guiding customers, and staying knowledgeable about products and product details. These two positions will share responsibilities, especially during busy times, with one person naturally gravitating to filling drink orders & switching off between the two roles. Responsible for sorting inventory, organizing & unpacking arriving inventory, daily cleaning tasks, periodically taking out garbage, and various general cashier & customer facing tasks. Being open to working on & improving communication skills recommended to truly excel in this position.

Intermediary between front of house, back of house & everything in between. Strong customer service required, previous food & beverage experience required, and overseeing all front of house operations. This role requires more than 40 hours per week (paid overtime), and is one of the most important roles on the team. Responsible for various hiring tasks, schedules of team members, inventory tracking & analysis, helping to improve customer experience, and more.

This position generally requires at least some previous work experience. Basic knife skills and understanding of food preparation techniques, knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, ability to follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately, understanding of kitchen equipment (slicers, mixers, food processors, etc). Ability to stand for extended period & ability to lift 30–50 lbs is necessary.

This position does require previous experience, as it is a much more technical role than prep cook. You should expect to: assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, supervise & coordinate activities of cooks, prep cooks, and dish staff. Lead line during service and ensure smooth execution, step in for the Executive Chef when absent. Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff. Ability to stand for extended period & ability to lift 30–50 lbs is necessary.
